Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Lead to spearhead the delivery of innovative solutions using industry-leading technologies.

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology, with a focus on product and engineering, and at least 4+ years in Financial Services.
  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in FSC or equivalent enterprise SaaS products, including configuration of the Salesforce FSC Platform.
  • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Superbadge or Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional certification is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions that can be effectively implemented.
  • Experience with declarative solutions, including creation of custom objects, workflows, approvals, flows, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and develop complex solutions utilizing out-of-the-box capabilities of the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
