Job Role: Salesforce DevOps Architect

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce DevOps Architect to drive the setup, optimization, and governance of our CI/CD processes across multiple Salesforce orgs.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Copado and a deep understanding of Salesforce metadata, Apex, and deployment strategies.

The role involves architecting and implementing end-to-end DevOps pipelines using Copado, Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and GitHub.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining sandbox management strategies, release governance, and version control best practices.

A key responsibility of this role is leading the transition from feature-based deployments to modular, package-based deployments using Copado.

Additionally, the candidate will establish and enforce branching strategies for multi-org Salesforce programs aligned with enterprise delivery streams.

The selected candidate will partner with architects, developers, and release managers to enable scalable and repeatable deployments.

They will also provide training, onboarding, and documentation for DevOps standards and Copado workflows.

The position requires 6–8 years of experience in Salesforce Development & DevOps, with 3+ years of hands-on enterprise experience with Copado.

The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of Git branching models and CI/CD concepts, as well as expertise in Salesforce multi-org architecture and package-based development.

A proven ability to lead DevOps design discussions and mentor teams is essential for this role.

We are looking for someone who is available to work EST hours (3 PM – 12 AM IST).
