Job Opportunity: Lead Salesforce Development

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to lead our Salesforce development team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the SFDC platform, strong Apex, LWC, and Lightning Component programming skills, and experience with deployment and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide junior developers as a technical mentor
  • Design and implement scalable solutions for transformative projects
  • Utilize Apex Data Loader for large data migrations and manage complex data models
  • Implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) process and Copado
  • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
  • Conduct impact analysis and establish clear design directions
  • Report status accurately to leadership

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of the SFDC platform
  • Expertise in Apex, LWC, and Lightning Component programming

Preferred Skills:

  • Awareness of IT Support processes
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Basic awareness of SAP
  • Commerce Cloud or CPQ expertise
