Experience Cloud Consultant Job Description

This role involves building and managing tailored Salesforce Experience Cloud portals for business needs. A high level of expertise in Salesforce is required, with at least 6 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create customized Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions that meet the requirements of various businesses.
  • Develop custom components using LWC, Aura, Apex, and Process Builder to enhance functionality.
  • Customize branding, theming, templates, and layouts in Experience Cloud to create engaging experiences.
  • Integrate Experience Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems via APIs to streamline processes.
  • Ensure platform security, scalability, and performance optimization to provide a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and teams to deliver high-quality Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Provide technical support, issue resolution, and enhancements for Experience Cloud implementations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Mastery of Salesforce Experience Cloud features and functionality.
  • Excellent programming skills in languages such as LWC, Aura, Apex, and Process Builder.
  • Strong understanding of API integration and data management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
