Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce MC Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable marketing solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in implementation and support of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email marketing, push messages like SMS/Whatsapp, journey builder, automation workflows, and personalized content.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet specific business needs, including creating data extensions, implementing dynamic content, and managing subscriber lists.
  • Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and data-driven automation processes to manipulate and transform data within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems, such as CRM platforms or external data sources, using APIs and custom integration methods.
  • Build AMP Scripts while creating Email templates and using data from data extensions.
  • Build and Validate HTML and CSS.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot marketing automation processes, ensuring data integrity, campaign deliverability, and optimal system performance.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing to validate the accuracy and functionality of marketing automation campaigns and journeys.
  • Create Reports and Dashboards to measure KPIs of campaigns.
