Job Title: Salesforce Technical Implementation Lead

Are you a seasoned professional looking for a challenging opportunity in the field of Salesforce? As a technical implementation lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce solutions, ensuring successful design, development, integration, deployment, and support.

  • Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce projects, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom Force.com applications.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and functional consultants to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.

Required Skills:

  • 6-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation, with at least 2–3 years in a technical lead or architect capacity.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Bulk), data migration tools (Data Loader, ETL), declarative configuration (Process Builder, Flows, Validation Rules).
  • Experience with CI/CD, version control (e.g., Git), and release management on Salesforce.
  • Proven track record delivering multiple end-to-end Salesforce implementations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect, System Architect).
