Data Cloud Lead Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our data-driven initiatives. This position requires in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, along with proven leadership skills to guide technical teams and design scalable architectures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
  • Develop data models, ingestion strategies, identity resolution, harmonization, and activation of unified customer profiles.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable Data Cloud solutions.
  • Manage data governance, security, and compliance across multiple data sources.
  • Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with various cloud platforms.
  • Mentor and lead a team of Salesforce professionals including admins, developers, and data engineers.
  • Ensure performance tuning, monitoring, and ongoing optimization of Data Cloud implementations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience with at least 3+ years dedicated to Data Cloud/Customer Data Platform (CDP).
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, data integration, and enterprise solution design.
  • Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, connectors, and real-time streaming.
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling, identity resolution, consent management, and profile unification.
  • Deep understanding of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
  • Salesforce certifications highly preferred.
