Job Overview:

A leading technology firm is seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect to spearhead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of CRM solutions that drive business growth, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

This role demands advanced technical expertise to manage and optimize cloud platforms across corporate sales and marketing operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with configuration and customization, as well as expertise in workflow automation, data analysis, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead configuration of core cloud features: account management, contact management, opportunity management, forecasting, territory management, and product catalogs.
  • Implement and optimize automation using workflows, data integration, and analytics to streamline sales processes.
  • Design custom objects, record types, page layouts, and user interfaces to enhance user experience and business efficiency.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and data insights for sales performance, pipeline health, and operational KPIs.

Sales Cloud Optimization

  • Manage and support Salesforce Sales Cloud, including configuration of core features and integrations with third-party applications.
  • Work closely with the sales team to deploy targeted campaigns, build customer journeys, and track campaign metrics.

Marketing Cloud Integration

  • Manage and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including configuration of Email Studio and Journey Builder.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other marketing tools and platforms to enable seamless data exchange and campaign execution.

Third-Party Integrations

  • Sales Navigator: Integrate with Salesforce to enable synced prospecting, lead insights, and in-platform engagement tracking.
  • ZoomInfo: Integrate with Salesforce to enable synced prospecting, lead insights, and in-platform intelligence gathering.
  • SurveyMonkey: Integrate with Salesforce to enable synced responses and data collection for NPS, CSAT, etc.
