Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of a Salesforce.com implementation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into clear technical specifications, implementing changes in systems/user account settings, and performing administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity and storage management.

The Data Analyst will also be responsible for maintaining the overall Salesforce.com system, including data loads, backups, and restores. Additionally, they will manage dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows and approvals.

Other responsibilities include creating and maintaining end-user documentation, managing and maintaining third-party apps, making recommendations on tools that provide better user experiences and efficiencies, and assisting with data migration from other systems as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience developing applications from origination through deployment.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM, with certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Maps and Sales Navigator is preferred.
