Job Title: Data Insights Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Insights Analyst to join our team. As a key member, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing an organization-wide data collection system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Management: Design and implement a robust data collection system that ensures information accuracy and reliability. Establish standardized reporting formats to facilitate efficient data analysis.
  • Process Improvement: Serve as a key resource for process improvement teams and departments regarding quality data management and statistical analysis.
  • Opportunity Identification: Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage company data to enhance product and performance.
  • Advanced Data Analysis: Utilize advanced data mining and analysis techniques to drive quality improvements and optimize datasets.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and deliver regular reports for senior management.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a 3rd or 4th year undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proficient in data analysis, data visualization, and data gathering techniques using Python.
  • Strong ability to write basic to advanced SQL queries.
  • Proficient in shell scripting and Linux.
  • Experience with REST APIs is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in product development.
  • Understanding of various data structures and common data transformation methods.
