Job Title: Salesforce OmniStudio Technical Lead

Job Overview:

As a seasoned technical lead, we are seeking an expert in Salesforce OmniStudio solutions to drive the development of cutting-edge applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Vlocity, Omniscripts, and Data Raptors, as well as experience with Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable logic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end development of Salesforce OmniStudio solutions, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
  • Develop high-quality Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable logic to implement complex business processes.
  • Design scalable, reusable, and performant solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) integrated with OmniStudio.
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and validate solution architecture.
  • Implement integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and native connectors.
  • Manage technical delivery timelines and coordinate closely with project managers, QA, and DevOps.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards, including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers within the team.
  • Vlocity certified.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills in Vlocity and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
