  • Pre-Opening Planning & Execution
  1. Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams to ensure smooth handover from construction to operations.
  2. Develop detailed pre-opening timelines, budgets, and checklists covering all operational departments.
  3. Ensure brand standard implementation across rooms, F&B outlets, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
  4. Oversee OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) procurement for timely setup.
Team Development & HR Readiness
  1. Recruit, train, and mentor department heads and key team members to ensure service excellence from Day 1.
  2. Drive pre-opening training programs focusing on SOPs, brand culture, and guest service standards.
Sales, Marketing & Business Growth
  1. Develop and implement the hotel's pre-opening sales and marketing strategy in alignment with corporate teams.
  2. Build relationships with local corporations, travel partners, and media to generate pre-opening buzz and bookings.
  3. Establish online presence, pricing strategy, and distribution channels pre-launch.
Financial Management & Control
  1. Prepare and monitor pre-opening budgets to ensure cost control and financial efficiency.
  2. Implement revenue management systems and forecasting tools for optimal business performance post-opening.
Licensing & Compliance Governance
  1. Oversee acquisition of all necessary licenses, permits, and certifications for hotel operations.
  2. Ensure adherence to safety, security, health, and environmental standards before and after opening.
Operational Readiness & Launch Planning
  1. Conduct mock drills, soft openings, and trial runs to fine-tune guest experiences.
  2. Ensure operational excellence for a seamless grand opening and brand-compliant guest journey.
