We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to drive sales strategy and achieve business goals within their designated region. Key responsibilities include executing product management team strategies, gathering customer feedback, and providing crucial insights for new product development.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive the promotion of new products by executing the product management team's marketing strategy, analyzing market trends, consulting with doctors on new product potential, and relaying feedback to the product management team.
- Monitor primary and secondary sales through regular visits to stockists and pharmacies, ensuring accomplishment of doctor and product-specific sales objectives.
- Focus on customer relationship management, establishing strong connections and addressing queries promptly using Infoginip.
- Meet with key opinion leaders and business leaders to conduct continuing medical education (CME) events and collect interest areas of key customers and hospitals.
- Prepare product matrices based on doctor's potential and preference and update data on chemists, doctors, and retail chemist prescription audit (RCPA) through a palm-top device to ensure all stakeholders' access to the latest information.
Qualifications:
- Educational qualification: Graduate with a science background.
- Minimum work experience: 6 months of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
Skills & Attributes:
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and marketing.
- Experience in implementing and analyzing sales and marketing strategies.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good at building and leveraging relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong decision-making skills.
