Key Support Role - Managing Director

We seek a highly skilled and dynamic individual to provide strategic and operational support to the Managing Director (MD). This role is responsible for managing key executive functions including MIS, financial analysis, reporting, data collation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external partners, maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Provide strategic support to the MD in planning and executing key business initiatives, including finance and operations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Generate and manage MIS reports, offering insights into key business metrics and performance indicators.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with hands-on expertise in MS Office Suite, BI tools, Tableau, Power BI.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Desirable Candidate Profile
  • Age: 35–40 years.
  • Gender: Male / Female.
  • Experience: 8–10 years in a strategic EA role within a reputable corporate house.
  • Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • Or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with specialization in Finance.
