Business Manager Lead
About the Role:
This position will oversee and lead all CRM campaigns in order to boost customer conversion and promotional communications for a specific Line of Business (LOB). The successful candidate will have experience working with CRM platforms and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver on set campaign objectives.
- Innovate new campaign types and identify opportunities for increasing deliverability.
- Develop, measure, and reach objectives and key results at pace without sacrificing quality.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience in CRM campaigns in Ops functions at high-growth or technology companies.
- Experience working on SFMC CRM platform is highly preferred.
- Best-in-class communication skills with a proven ability to work directly with technical teams.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
