Job Title: Cluster Business Development Manager

Job Description

The role of Cluster Business Development Manager entails overseeing the growth of the Gold Loan Business in alignment with set Targets every month. This involves a close coordination with the team at ground level to ensure timely collection of Interest from customers.

The incumbent will also be responsible for following up on Non-Performing Assets within the Cluster and ensuring closure of accounts within specified timelines.

A key performance indicator for this role is the growth of Gold Weight Under Management every quarter, as well as maintaining an active customer base throughout the cluster.

New customer acquisition on a daily basis through rigorous follow-up with the team is also an essential aspect of this job.
