Project Manager - Driving Complex Projects Forward

The role of a Technical Project Manager is pivotal in driving the end-to-end delivery of intricate projects across multiple business verticals.

  • Lead high-stakes projects with complete accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, allocate resources, establish timelines, and set communication and testing strategies.
  • Manage a portfolio of multi-line-of-business initiatives from initiation to closure.
  • Monitor progress and prepare detailed reports on milestones, deliverables, and key metrics.
  • Develop, manage, and track project budgets ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
  • Provide valuable insights on project economics analyzing cost-benefit and ROI.
  • Proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies while driving corrective actions.
  • Oversee acquisition and management of project resources, materials, and tools.
  • Deliver impactful progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and executive presentations.
  • Drive process improvements promoting efficiency, automation, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 7+ years of core project management experience in cross-functional, matrix environments.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and portfolios successfully.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Skill in influencing and gaining buy-in from executives, stakeholders, and peers.
  • Advanced level Information Technology knowledge.
  • Mandatory certification: PMP (Project Management Professional).
