International Business Development Lead

This is a pivotal role where you will spearhead international sales and business development efforts to drive growth in the Middle East. You will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle—from strategy and market entry to client relationships and order delivery—while collaborating across teams and maintaining profitability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Revenue
    • Hit sales targets and maintain profit margins.
    • Expand presence by finding distributors, agents, and partners.
    • Ensure excellent service and strong customer satisfaction.
  • Market Strategy
    • Research market trends and competition.
    • Use insights to define entry and growth plans.
    • Lead efforts to open new business in target markets.
  • Business Development
    • Visit and nurture relationships with partners.
    • Negotiate contracts, tenders, and agreements.
    • Manage the full order cycle: quotes → delivery → invoicing.
    • Monitor payments and follow up promptly.
  • Sales & Marketing Support
    • Help with regional campaigns and promotions.
    • Represent the company at exhibitions and trade events.
    • Track performance and share improvement insights.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work with Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams.
    • Facilitate communication to meet company objectives.
  • Risk & Compliance
    • Spot risks related to regulations or geopolitics.
    • Support mitigation planning.
    • Stay updated on trade rules and advise teams.
