Job Opportunity: Senior International Assignments Lead

  We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to oversee the execution of external audit engagements for various clients. This role involves managing large-scale multi-location assignments, identifying business development opportunities, and expanding our client base.

  Key responsibilities include prioritizing multiple assignments, managing ambiguity, and ensuring high-quality work from your team. You will lead and motivate a team of Managers, Assistant Managers, Executives, and Audit Assistants to deliver exceptional results.

  Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with clients is crucial in this role. You will adapt to changing work environments at different clients/locations and meet challenging client requirements to provide exceptional service.

  In addition, you will assist with career development of team members and collaborate with other managers to ensure proper deployment of audit staff. Travel may be required, and you will have hands-on experience in supporting international audit engagements in collaboration with global teams.

  Strong coordination skills for working with international teams across time zones and ability to manage complex multi-location business environments are essential for this role.
