Lead High-Impact Consultancy Projects

We seek an experienced architect to lead impactful consultancy projects as a senior project lead. This role will oversee large-scale consultancy projects with full design and regulatory strategy oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of large-scale consultancy projects with comprehensive design and regulatory strategy oversight.
  • Independent management of small to mid-value projects, ensuring seamless delivery, compliance, and design excellence.
  • Preparation and review of architectural documentation to meet client requirements and statutory regulations.
  • Chairing interdisciplinary meetings, coordinating teams, setting clear project goals, and resource management to meet deadlines.
Technical Expertise:
  • Review of architectural, civil, and MEP drawings for accuracy and compliance.
  • IDentification and resolution of design or coordination issues in MEP systems.
  • Collaboration with internal and external engineers, leading coordination meetings to prevent technical clashes.
Compliance & Permit Liaison:
  • Purchasing permit applications and maintaining proactive communication with regulatory authorities.
  • Interpretation and enforcement of local/national building codes, fire regulations, and municipal by-laws.
  • Submission of compliance documents and management of technical responses to authority queries.
Team & Process Management:
  • Mentorship of architects, drafters, and interns to ensure well-coordinated technical outputs.
  • Upholdment of high-quality standards for documentation and design integrity.
  • Development and implementation of quality control protocols across projects.

Accredited degree in Architecture is required, along with 5+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and MS Office is expected.
