Job Title: Senior Project Engineer-HVAC

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will oversee the execution of HVAC projects from initiation to completion. Your responsibilities include reviewing tender documents, analyzing drawings and Bill of Quantities, and ensuring timely project scheduling.

Your role involves preparing material submittals, developing HVAC shop drawings, securing consultant approvals, conducting technical selections of HVAC equipment, performing critical calculations, and optimizing personnel and technological resources for efficient execution.

You will ensure adherence to quality plans, industry standards during execution, supervise design, installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, prepare method statements and inspection plans.

Your tasks include managing variations related to scope changes, coordinating across disciplines, handling inspection requests and technical submissions, utilizing HVAC software proficiently, demonstrating strong problem-solving and communication skills in liaising with stakeholders.
