Job Description

As a Senior Legal Associate, you will be responsible for representing clients in various legal proceedings, conducting thorough legal due diligence, and providing expert legal advice on complex matters. Your primary objective will be to minimize legal risks and ensure optimal outcomes for our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) – Mandatory
  • Master of Laws (LL.M) – Preferred
Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals, and other quasijudicial and regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and financial transactions, ensuring strict compliance with relevant legal frameworks.
  • Lead and oversee litigation and dispute resolution proceedings, minimizing legal risks and ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • Draft, vet, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Provide legal advisory services on matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), including resolution processes and asset recovery mechanisms.
  • Perform in-depth legal research and interpretation of laws, including the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, IRDAI guidelines, and other regulatory statutes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel to address regulatory issues, compliance matters, and legal investigations.
  • Support client negotiations, investor communications, and legal aspects of corporate structuring.
