Job Summary:

We are seeking a Legal Associate with a minimum 2+ years to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a wide range of commercial contracts, corporate legal matters, and regulatory compliance. This is a key role that will require strong legal acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to support operations and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Corporate & Internal Policies: Draft and revise internal company policies, employee handbooks, and compliance protocols in alignment with current laws and best practices.
  • Legal Notices & Compliance Support: Draft legal notices and respond to queries or notices from statutory and regulatory authorities.
  • Legal Research & Advisory: Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on corporate, commercial, and technology law issues.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Exposure to corporate restructuring, venture capital transactions, and startup ecosystem legalities.
  • Strong understanding of Indian Contract Act, Companies Act, and data protection laws.
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: LLB from a recognised university (mandatory).
  • Experience: Min. 2 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant legal role.
