Key Responsibilities:- Customer Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding processes, campaign setup, performance analysis, strategic support, and long-lasting customer relationships.
- Email & LinkedIn Campaign Execution: Craft, optimize, and implement campaigns leveraging AI-driven insights, continuously optimizing outreach strategies.
- Founder's Office Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to key growth projects, gather customer feedback, and experiment with innovative outreach approaches.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience designing and managing high-performing email and LinkedIn campaigns as an SDR or similar role.
- 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in roles such as Customer Success or comparable positions.
