
High Growth Demand Generation Strategist

We're seeking a seasoned B2B growth marketer to spearhead our demand generation efforts.
This is a high-impact role where you'll develop and execute scalable strategies across multiple channels, including email, LinkedIn, paid media, webinars, and more. Your primary objective will be to drive qualified leads, optimize conversion funnels, and reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC).
As part of this team, you'll collaborate closely with content, design, and product teams to create high-value assets such as case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, and videos. Additionally, you'll plan and execute account-based marketing (ABM) and targeted outreach initiatives.
Your responsibilities will also include managing paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and industry platforms, analyzing campaign performance, running A/B tests, and optimizing results to achieve maximum ROI.
You'll work in tandem with sales and key account teams to understand buyer personas and enable outbound initiatives, developing marketing collateral that supports sales enablement and helps close deals.
Key performance indicators (KPIs) for this role include MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence, and lead-to-close ratios. You'll share regular performance insights and recommendations with leadership to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements- A minimum 48 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in high-growth environments
- A proven track record in demand generation, ABM, and campaign management
- A strong grasp of marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- A data-driven mindset with an eye for creative storytelling
