Demand Generation\Inside Sales Manager – IT Services Location: Bengaluru Experience: 6 years Industry: IT Services Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Demand Generation Manager with a strong background in IT services sales, specifically targeting the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing demand generation strategies, leading high-performing teams, and achieving measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities 1.

Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation plans tailored to the Indian market. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies with business objectives. Leverage Account-Based Marketing (ABM), digital campaigns, and multi-channel outreach to drive high-quality leads 2.

Team Leadership: Run a disciplined Inside Sales team to execute demand generation plans effectively. Provide training, mentorship, and performance management to ensure team success 3. Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising, social media, and events.

Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights to improve lead quality and conversion rates. 4. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics such as MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads), SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads), pipeline growth, and ROI.

Prepare detailed reports and forecasts for stakeholders. 5. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, challenges, and trends in the Indian IT services sector.
