Lead a cross-functional team to build and execute strategic marketing plans across India, SAARC, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to create and implement demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Develop comprehensive annual plans that align with global strategies and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with global programs, product, industry, SDR, channel, and digital marketing teams to ensure consistency in programs.
  • Manage budgets and regularly communicate marketing plans, activities, and results to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Demand generation marketing experience in the high-growth B2B technology sector with a focus on India and SAARC markets.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, demonstrating strategic thinking, relationship-building, and execution skills.
  • Skilled in event management, digital and social media campaigns, and channel partner management.
  • Strategic thinker and effective executor with a collaborative problem-solving approach.
  • Experience in building trust and consensus across diverse teams and fostering credibility within the organization.
  • Proficient in using marketing and sales automation tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Google Workspace, and Adobe Analytics.
