Job Title: Account Growth Strategist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Growth Strategist to lead our customer success initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving growth through tailored solutions, building strong relationships with customer teams, and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.

The ideal candidate will possess a founder's mentality, operating with ownership, resourcefulness, and a bias for action. They will be inquisitive, innovative, and able to design new approaches under uncertainty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tailored solutions to drive customer growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer teams and decision-makers
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, and develop strategies to capture them
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution
