
Dynamic Sales Leader

Lead a team to drive new business growth and client retention.
- Responsible for generating new revenue streams and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Cross-selling of products to existing clients.
- Claims advocacy and servicing.
- Well-versed in different insurers, their strengths, and weaknesses.
- Identify key decision-makers, clients, or prospects' risks, needs, and determine the services, products, and combinations that will best serve and address the client/prospect's issues and objectives.
- Gap analysis of existing policies, suggesting better terms, and negotiating the same with markets.
- Retaining and expanding existing client relationships.
- Develops and maintains effective networks within the business community and industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Ability to manage and build relationships with internal and external customers, insurance partners, and servicing vendors.
- Domain knowledge preferred.
- MBA degree.
- Technical knowledge - MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- 10-15 years of corporate relationship management experience from a service background.
- Ability to manage diverse client cultures of Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients.
- Experience in insurance companies/insurance broking companies.
- Proven track record of success in sales roles with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
- Deep understanding of Employer market segment and their unique demands and purchasing style.
- Proven ability to establish relationships and work collaboratively with teams at all levels to effectively close business.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies in a competitive market environment.
- Interest and aptitude in keeping abreast of latest developments in Health And Benefits Space.
- Results-Oriented with a strong sense of accountability and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
