Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Lead

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including CRM and Power Platform, for domestic clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in consulting, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the delivery of CRM solutions using Microsoft D365 and Power Apps.
  • Implement COPILOT based scenarios and execute Proof of Concept (POC).
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to co-create solutions.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Pursue opportunities in the Indian market independently.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – Customer Experience and Power Platform.
  • Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing and non-financial services.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage client engagements.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian business landscape.
