  • Train aspirants on an integrated module consisting of English Grammar, Spoken English, MS Office, Basic Mathematics, Soft skills, and Work readiness.
  • Publish and follow the Training plan/calendar of the center.
  • Support in conducting assessments of the aspirants.
  • Provide post-placement counseling of aspirants.
  • Negotiate with guest lecturers/industry to arrange field visits as part of the sector Readiness module.
  • Handhold aspirants at the workplace after placement.
  • Support the center in other works as required.
