Job Title: Senior Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Jira Administrator with exceptional communication skills and hands-on experience in managing multiple projects and release trains in Jira. The ideal candidate will have expertise in setting Jira standards, workflows, and integrations while supporting teams working in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.

The successful Jira Administrator will be responsible for administering and optimizing Jira/Confluence environments, defining standards, workflows, dashboards, and reports across projects, and supporting Agile Release Trains and Scrum of Scrums.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and optimize Jira/Confluence environments to ensure seamless project management.
  • Define standards, workflows, dashboards, and reports across projects to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Support Agile Release Trains and Scrum of Scrums, including PI Planning boards, to facilitate effective team collaboration.
  • Integrate Jira with tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines to enhance workflow automation.
  • Provide coaching, training, and reports to stakeholders and leadership to drive business outcomes.
  • Ensure platform stability, upgrades, and best practices adoption to maintain a high-performing work environment.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of Jira Administration experience with a proven track record of success.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, customization, and automation.
  • Experience supporting Scaled Agile/SAFe programs with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and scripting languages.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with additional Agile tools and methodologies.
