As a Coupa Expert, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert support for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules. Your responsibilities will encompass providing day-to-day support, system performance monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and Maintenance: Provide timely assistance for P2P modules including requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier management, and expenses.
  • System Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor system performance and resolve technical and functional issues efficiently.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Access Management: Effectively manage user access, roles, and permissions within the Coupa platform.
  • Integration Support: Provide support for integrations between Coupa and other enterprise systems.
  • Upgrades and Deployment: Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.
  • Documentation: Document support procedures, FAQs, and training materials for end-users.
  • Liaison and Compliance: Liaise with Coupa support and vendors for issue resolution and product updates while ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in Coupa or other P2P systems.
  • Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coupa certifications or training.
  • Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices.
