Murex Implementation Project Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of experts in delivering Murex upgrade projects from an offshore location. As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality results
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Ensure effective stakeholder communication and relationship management
  • Identify and mitigate risks, as well as track and resolve issues
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Manage people and resources effectively
  • Establish governance structures to ensure project success

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in Murex implementations
  • At least 6+ years of experience in Murex Project Management & Program Management
  • Strong understanding of Murex Architecture and ability to comprehend end-to-end processes
  • Subject matter expert in at least one Murex Module (MxML & Back Office Workflows, Datamart Reporting or Front Office)
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Offshore delivery management experience
  • Team management experience
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience with handling at least one Murex upgrade project, project management tools exposure (Jira etc.), and Scrum certification
