Job Title:

Murex Technical Support Consultant


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Murex platform system availability and incident resolution.
  • Maintain a resilient environment for trading and risk management systems in collaboration with technology teams.
Mandatory Skills:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support with hands-on exposure to Python/Java, Cloud (AWS & Azure), and PostgreSQL.
  • At least 3 years of direct experience with Murex.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management).
  • Experience with automation or scripting for production support.
  • Exposure to financial products and trading systems.
