Job Title: Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned expert to spearhead process optimization initiatives.

  • The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Siemens Opcenter EXPH, encompassing installation qualification, upgrade, development, and configuration.
  • They should also be proficient in automation, SCADA, historian, MES & related software projects, with a strong understanding of the complete project delivery lifecycle.
  • Experience with Oracle DB, .NET, C#, VB, SQL, MS SSRS query building, and reporting template design is essential.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in defining integration strategies for various hardware and software components, troubleshooting, managing re-work while testing, and providing technical expertise in implementing upgrades and patching.

  • They will interpret recipe processes to conceptualize electronic recipe designs, plan logical and operational workflows, define data input and output, and parameters.
  • Experience with Siemens Opcenter EXPH modules, such as user management, PI management, PI process, PI review, weighing and dispensing, XSI console, equipment management, material flow management, weighing and dispense, and PI assembly is desirable.
  • The candidate will analyze customization functions, conceptualize designs, and develop them, and design various recipe processes, simulate, and test.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, managing re-work while testing, and validation activities.
