Job Description:

As a master data modeler in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), you will be responsible for designing and developing the core components that manage equipment, inventory, and user access.

The ideal candidate will have end-to-end implementation experience with Siemens Opcenter EXPH and knowledge of ISA95/S88 standards. They should also possess strong communication and analytical skills, as well as hands-on experience in Specification, Execution, Compliance, and Performance Module.

You will work closely with various product experts and subject matter experts to determine the requirements for new products and design the corresponding Process Instructions (PIs). This will involve gathering requirements, liaising with experts, designing and developing master data, creating Master Batch Records (MBRs), and validating PIs for site deployment.

Additionally, you will provide regular updates to project managers on your progress, collaborate with product vendors on related issues, and troubleshoot defects during validation. Your expertise in pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing, and shop floor order processes will enable you to convert site requirements into batch records.
