About the RoleThe role of a Key Account Manager for Personal Loans at IDFC FIRST Bank involves generating personal loan business through various channels. This includes administering and training a team of Direct Selling Teams (DSTs) to expand personal loan business in their locality or branch.
Responsibilities- Meet monthly sales targets with acquisition in New-to-Bank (NTB) and Existing-to-Bank (ETB) customers.
- Pitch existing liability customers for home loans.
- Ensure month-on-month growth in Execution-only Platform (EOP) Assets for Gold Loan business per branch.
- Minimize fee income to at least 1% of total disbursals.
- Perform regular customer follow-ups for timely renewal of cases to ensure minimum pending renewals.
- Cordinate with valuers as required.
- E nsure most customers are aligned to pay valuation charges as per product norms.
- Maintain healthy collections with zero Fresh Empanelment Miscellaneous Income (FEMI)/First Priority Demand (FPD) and minimize fresh flow in Bucket X.
- Be aware of and comply with Priority Sector Lending (PSL) norms.
- Assist the branch liability team in audits and communicate properly with customers before packet opening.
- Conduct marketing activities in the local market to generate NTB gold loan customers.
- Be willing to work extensively in the field and travel across the region on short notice.
- Carry out ad-hoc activities as required by the department.
- Graduate degree from any recognized university.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in personal loan sales.
