Key Responsibilities
As a Client Services Associate at Euronext, you will serve as the central point of contact for an allocated group of clients, ensuring an efficient incident management process and timely issue escalation. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional client support, addressing all questions or concerns until resolution.
Key Accountabilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution.
- Provide proactive support to clients, regularly updating them on progress and ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and drive continuous improvement of processes.
- Contribute to operation enhancement projects, reviewing specifications and creating terms of reference for new products and initiatives.
