Job Summary
As a Client Services Associate at Euronext, you will serve as the central point of contact for allocated clients, ensuring efficient incident management and timely issue escalation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client support and follow up on questions and issues until resolution.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and strengthen the quality framework to meet quantitative and qualitative objectives.
- Contribute to operation enhancement projects and support clients during development and testing.
Requirements
- Strong financial background and knowledge of Euronext's client base.
- Prior relevant Client Services experience and high standards of service delivery.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a problem-solving attitude.
