Job Opportunity:

Functional Lead for Oracle Fusion HCM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Oracle Fusion HCM implementations to ensure successful project delivery from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Expertise in at least 5 comprehensive HCM implementations, with 2 being on the cloud-based platform.
  • Familiarity with key modules such as OTL, payroll management, talent acquisition and management, benefits administration, security measures, and helpdesk support.
  • Strong understanding of HCM cloud business processes and data flow.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live coordination.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to mentor and work collaboratively with teams.
  • Assist in resolving complex functional issues, engage frequently with clients, and travel domestically or internationally for short or long durations.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing HCM implementations.
  • Hands-on experience in HRIS systems, particularly Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
