Expert in Infor HCM Systems

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our project as an expert in Infor HCM systems.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions and ensuring timely project execution.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in configuration management, system integration, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in version control systems is highly desirable.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement the Infor HCM system, including configuration, customization, and integration with other applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, providing high-level support and guidance to junior team members.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest Infor HCM features, functionalities, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Infor HCM architecture, configuration, and customization.
  • System Integration: Experience with integrating Infor HCM with other applications and systems.
  • Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git or SVN.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

Having experience with the following technologies would be beneficial:

  • Infor ION: Knowledge of Infor ION architecture and integration principles.
  • Java/JavaScript/JSP: Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, and JSP programming languages.
  • SQL: Understanding of SQL concepts and syntax.
