HCM Implementation Specialist

As a HCM Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective SAP HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configuration and Delivery: Configure and deliver SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), and Benefits.
  • Process Enhancement: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to optimize and enhance current processes and systems.
  • Functional Support: Provide functional support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM issues.
  • Integration and Data Integrity: Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful integration and data integrity.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 6-8 years of experience in SAP HCM modules.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, TM, PY, etc.). Experience in end-to-end implementations and system upgrades. Familiarity with SuccessFactors and SAP Fiori is beneficial.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
