Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Central Solutions Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level consulting services to global organizations in Human Capital Management (HCM) best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution.
  • Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with all data models and excellent knowledge of XML.
  • Expertise in providing consulting services to global organizations in HCM best practices and helping clients migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of employee life cycle management processes in global organizations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A deep understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organizations.
