Job Title: Senior Client Advisor

The Role of a Luxury Retail Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Client Advisor to oversee all aspects of our retail operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end ownership of the store, driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Building and managing relationships with High Net Worth (HNI) clients and driving high-value jewelry sales.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets.
  • Fostering a positive work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Leading by example, engaging with customers to build relationships and drive sales.
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 2-4 years in Direct luxury sales.
  • Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry.
