We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fashion Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences: Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized styling expertise, exceptional service, and seamless experiences.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Foster strong connections from greeting to after-sales service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals through effective client consultations and personalized recommendations.
  • Optimize Store Inventory: Maintain accurate and available inventory levels to meet client demands and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth floor operations, excellent customer service, and consistent brand standards.
  • Maintain Visual Merchandising Standards: Ensure store displays align with the brand's aesthetic, creating an engaging and luxurious shopping experience.
  • Develop a Strong Client Base: Fostering repeat and referral business through exceptional service, styling expertise, and personalized recommendations.
  • Stay Current with Fashion Trends: Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends, designers, and luxury insights to provide expert consultations and personalized recommendations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience:

  • Fashion Consultant: 2–4 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, styling, or consulting.
  • Senior Fashion Consultant: 4–7 years of experience in luxury fashion retail with proven high-value sales achievements.
  • Proven Business Drivers: Individually driving business growth through exceptional sales performance and client engagement.
  • Luxury Retail Expertise: Strong understanding of etiquette, styling, and client servicing in a luxury retail environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
  • Styling and Client Servicing: Well-versed in ethnic and high-end designer fashion, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Attention to Detail: Efficiently managing inventory and day-to-day floor operations.
