Sr. Brand Advisor

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Brand Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the luxury industry, and the ability to create a strong positive perception of the brand.

This role involves direct interaction with clients, associates, and the industry to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
  2. Generate and convert inquiries into sales through in-depth knowledge of brand heritage, products, and services.
  3. Handle client feedback and grievances professionally and drive solutions to issues when necessary.
  4. Proactively identify opportunities to add value to client relationships and anticipate challenges and potential client issues.
  5. Represent the brand at national and international events and private previews.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Luxury Management/Marketing or MBA in Marketing or Communications from a reputed institute.

7+ years of experience in the Retail Luxury/Hospitality/Interior Industry.
