Job Title: Brand Communications Manager

The primary objective of this role is to develop and execute strategic communication plans, manage brand messaging, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities include ensuring consistent brand voice across all media, handling public relations activities, and coordinating with marketing and creative teams to enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Messaging Development: Develop and implement a compelling brand message that resonates with the target audience.
  • Public Relations Management: Handle public relations activities, including media outreach, crisis communications, and reputation management.
  • Marketing Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to plan, execute, and measure the success of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrate strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze situations, identify opportunities, and develop effective solutions.
  • Brand Management Experience: Have experience in managing brands, with a strong understanding of branding principles and practices.

  • Education: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Industry Experience: While not required, experience in the manufacturing industry can be beneficial.
