Job Title: Talent Management Specialist

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Talent Management Specialist to drive strategic HR initiatives and optimize business outcomes.
  • This role will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, workforce planning, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Manage onboarding, induction, training, and performance management processes to enhance employee experience and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless office operations and administrative support.
  • Prioritize and manage competing priorities to achieve organizational goals.
  • Maintain expertise in HR operations, statutory compliance, and administration, while staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Human Resources or Personnel Management from a reputable institution is preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in HR, preferably in small to mid-size business conglomerates or engineering/service industries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR software/automation tools.
  • Telugu language proficiency is mandatory for this role.
