To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record of experience with UKG Kronos scheduling configuration and support.">
  • Strong technical expertise in UKG Pro WFM, including EZCall and scheduling for healthcare departments.">
  • Deep knowledge of labor policies, pay rules, and healthcare regulations.">
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.">
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.">
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.">
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in scheduling configuration, preferably in a healthcare setting.">
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.">
